By accessing the Britain International Academy (BIA) website or student portals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Educational Services

BIA provides vocational and academic training. Enrollment in a course does not guarantee a qualification; students must meet the specific assessment criteria set by the respective awarding bodies (e.g., EC-Council, Microsoft, NCC Education).

2. User Accounts & Portals

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials. Any unauthorized use of accounts must be reported immediately to the IT department. BIA reserves the right to suspend access for security breaches or non-payment of fees.

3. Fees and Refunds

All fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule prior to the commencement of training or examinations.
Refund policies are subject to the specific course type and the policies of the external awarding body.

4. Conduct & Attendance

Students are expected to maintain a professional standard of conduct. Attendance is tracked via our biometric systems. Minimum attendance requirements apply for the issuance of certificates and for appearing in TCS-hosted examinations (JEE/NEET).

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, website content, and software portals provided by BIA are the intellectual property of Britain International Academy or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
